This site provides information for students and prospective students of the Greenhills Tae Kwon-Do club. Greenhills Tae Kwon-Do is a member of the Irish National Tae Kwon-Do association (INTA) and is affiliated to the International Tae Kwon-Do Federation.
Our instructor is Master Val Douglas who holds a 7th Degree blackbelt. Master Douglas has over 30 years experience as an instructor and coach and is the former director of coaching for the National Association (INTA).
Beginners classes are ongoing and all are welcome. Classes are seperated into children and adults classes. Children from about 8yrs can join the full class with Little Dragons available for 5-8 yr olds.
