This site provides information for students and prospective students of the Greenhills Tae Kwon-Do club. Greenhills Tae Kwon-Do is a member of the Irish National Tae Kwon-Do association (INTA) and is affiliated to the International Tae Kwon-Do Federation.

Our chief instructor is Master Val Douglas who holds a 7th Degree master grade blackbelt and is one of the pioneers of Tae Kwon-Do in Ireland. Master Douglas has over 30 years experience as an instructor and coach and is the former director of coaching for the National Association (INTA).
Greenhills Tae Kwon-Do School is commited to providing professional standards of training and care to our students. We are fully insured and feature a fully matted training area, professional training equipment, car parking, male and female shower facilities certified black belt instructors including a child safety officer as well as meeting all the required health and safety standards.
Beginners classes are ongoing and all are welcome. We have over 80 students of all ages and genders. Classes are seperated into children and adults classes. Children from about 8yrs can join the full class with Little Dragons available for 5-8 yr old.

Due to the some of the "Little Dragons" graduating to the Junior Tae kwon Do class there will be limited places available. Please contact Master Val Douglas to reserve a place.
